Valleau in Barbados!

I’m so grateful I got a Valleau top before I left for Barbados. I was in Barbados for my wonderful cousins wedding and there will be much more to come on all of our adventures. In between SCUBA diving, snorkeling, dancing the nights away and soaking in the rich Caribbean culture and music, I HAD to find a way to workout. I was not about to run around in a bikini all day feeling overly jiggly. So what better place to workout than on the balcony at the South Gap Hotel overlooking the glorious Caribbean sea?! Check out those blue waters!

I was able to do all my favorites including side planks, front planks, push ups. South Gap Barbados really doesn’t have a bad spot to workout, something about those views made me want to keep sweating. Funny how that happens!

I added some jump squats, high knees and burpees and I must say this top handled all kinds of hops! I could definitely run my next marathon in this. Which by the way, will be the Rock n Roll Marathon in San Diego (I’ll tell you all about that in a later post.)

My Valleau Lotus in Floral Ice top feels so smooth to the touch and LOOKS awesome! I can also already tell I won’t be getting any kind of chafing scars in this one because the material is like silk, I tell ya! LIKE SILK! I love the colors and I’m not usually one to wear a sports bra ONLY but with this top I would never, ever want to cover it up with another shirt so sports bra it is! The front pops with its floral design that certainly goes great with crystal clear waters. And, check out the back!

Now THAT’S quite a special top that I’m so proud to wear. Thank you Valleau for letting me try out this beautiful piece and I look forward to checking out all your other styles. Check out the San Diego-based company at VALLEAU APPAREL (the blue waters of Barbados are optional but highly recommended.)
