Climb On a Versa!

They look so innocent just hanging out there agains the wall. But these small, simple machines are very deceiving. If you want to sweat and pant and feel sore all at once, then hop on a Versa Climber. I kid you not. I had never experienced one of these bad boys until I signed up at EXOS. Apparently, a lot of the football players in my group  have climbed on a Versa many-a-time. They knew how to work it. I, on the other hand, felt like a little kid trying to climb a huge mountain. Once you hop on, it’s completely up to you how fast or slow you want to go. It’s also up to you (or your trainer) how big of a stride you want to take. It’s very basic technology that works your arms, lats, core, glutes, quads, calves, you name it. This would be the epitome of a full body workout. So if you happen to see one looking all innocent in the corner of your gym, hop on. Take that thing for a climb!

Try intervals like this:

1 minutes Versa Climber

4 minutes on a spin bike

2 minutes Versa Climber

5 minutes on a spin bike

(repeat 3 times)

Then tell me how it feels… you’ll want to vent to someone afterwards, promise!
